Every session begins with a structured warm-up focused on joint mobility, balance, coordination and breathing — preparing the body and reducing injury risk.
We focus on correct fundamentals: stance, movement, defense and basic punching technique. Defense is taught before offense to build safe movement patterns.
Strength, endurance and speed are developed through controlled, technique-based exercises. Intensity increases gradually for steady progress without strain.
Each session ends with stretching, recovery and personalized feedback. I review technique, track progress and recommend the next stage of training.

I train athletes with a classical methodology where defense always comes before offense. Strong defense, proper movement and technical awareness are the foundation of everything we do.
I place great importance on protecting my athletes — especially children, beginners and anyone new to boxing. Training must be safe, controlled and intelligent, developing skill without unnecessary risk.
I believe in long-term development over sudden or reckless intensity. This builds confidence, discipline and a real understanding of boxing, letting athletes grow naturally and sustainably.
We spend many hours refining movement, repeating drills and perfecting fundamentals. Only when technique becomes automatic do we move forward to more advanced work.
My name is Mikhail Basharymov, and I am a professional boxing coach with over 20 years of experience in the boxing industry. I have a unique background as both an elite amateur athlete and a coach — I won 243 of my 258 amateur fights, and later dedicated my career to developing athletes of every age and skill level.
Throughout my coaching career I have worked with children, youth, adults, beginners, intermediate athletes and competitive boxers, using an individual, self-developed approach tailored to each athlete's needs. I also have experience working with autistic athletes, placing strong emphasis on structure, patience and safety throughout the training process.
I am known for a disciplined work ethic, strong leadership, and the ability to work calmly and effectively in demanding training environments. My priority is always the athlete's development and well-being — technically and personally.

I started in June 2025 with no prior experience in martial arts. It was important to me to have a gentle, safe introduction without pressure. I began with personal sessions, which built a strong technical foundation and confidence, then moved into group training where I keep progressing steadily. I really appreciate the structured approach and gradual development — I highly recommend Mikhail to anyone looking for professional, safe and effective boxing training.
