Kids & Youth Boxing in Vancouver
Safe, structured boxing for children and teens — ages 4 and up. Technique, discipline and confidence in a controlled, supportive environment.
Parents searching for kids boxing in Vancouver want one thing above all: safety. As a coach with over 20 years of experience — and a background working with children, youth and even autistic athletes — safety is exactly where I start. There is no uncontrolled contact and no aggressive sparring for young or beginner athletes.
Instead, training builds real boxing skill the right way: movement, coordination, balance, footwork, defense and proper technique, taught patiently and adapted to each child's age and development. Contact is introduced only much later, when an athlete is genuinely ready — and always under control.

Start with a trial session
A trial lets your child experience the training, lets you see the environment first-hand, and lets me assess their level and explain the process. No pressure, no experience needed.
