How a session works

01

Structured warm-up

Every session begins with a structured warm-up focused on joint mobility, balance, coordination and breathing — preparing the body and reducing injury risk.

Technical foundation & defense

We focus on correct fundamentals: stance, movement, defense and basic punching technique. Defense is taught before offense to build safe movement patterns.

Controlled conditioning

Strength, endurance and speed are developed through controlled, technique-based exercises. Intensity increases gradually for steady progress without strain.

Cool-down, feedback & review

Each session ends with stretching, recovery and personalized feedback. I review technique, track progress and recommend the next stage of training.
